Established in 1997
A group of close friends and beer lovers got together and purchased the Brew Co. in 2011 it was their mission to continue creating award winning craft brews and working to perfect the menu. Our restaurant takes pride in operating as a scratch kitchen, bringing together fresh and often locally sourced ingredients to create one of a kind dishes.
Our brewery focuses on creative and tradition English, German and American style ales and lagers. Over the years we’ve been the proud recipients of Great American Beer Festival awards for many of our beers. Our aim is to continue working toward a harmonious balance between food and beer and we think we’re doing a darn good job! So stop in, grab something to eat and try one of our beers fresh on tap!

Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. It pours deep dark with full mocha head. The aroma is mild with chocolate, roasted malts, a sliver of caramel and then some coffee. The taste has a quick pulse of sweet malts, caramel malts and dark roasted malts before a sour note and cherry sourness come to the surface and takes the flavor into the finish.

Bottle 75cl. @ Papsoes blindtasting. [ Bottle #27. ]Unclear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour, wood, cask, alcohol - bourbon, vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090501]

Hazy amber with a medium beige head. Aroma was sourish with toasted malt and sour berries along with lacto notes. Flavour was acetone sour with sour berries, lacto and brett notes. A bit of wood and vinegar as well.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Miver. Slightly hazy amber golden with a small, beige head. Intense aroma of Brett and bourbon. Medium body, woody accents, a little caramel, plenty of bourbon and a dry, slightly astringent, sulphurous and tart finish. Really delicious. 010509

Bottle at DLD 09 ... Hazy red ... tart sour fruity nose ... woody and sour ... ok but not much.

#27 at papsø blindtasting cloudy brown, small light brown head. aroma:sour, slight acidity, well balanced, countered by citrus, then some spices and a strange unnamed note that probably shouldn’t be there. flavor:weird mix of strange flavors. medicine.

From bottle, Papsoes blindtasting #27. Pours hazy to murky orange brown with a fully gone head. Dry and acidic aroma. Light yeasty too. Sweet caramelish flavoured, mild bitter and citric flavoured. Light fruity too. Yeasty. Sour and acidic flavoured finish.

Bottled. Clear bronze colour, minimal head. Hoppy mango aroma. Medium sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Quite refreshing with a wealth of tropical fruit .Medium bitterness.

Bottled. Clear amber, small head. Dusty fruity nose. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. Crystal malt, cinnamn and dust, notes of vegetables. A sketchy lifeless beer that misses the spot with a margin.

750 ml bottle courtesy of beastiefan2k. Pour is slightly hazed ruby brown with a smallish off white head. Aroma of soft oak woodiness, some faint sour cherry odor. Taste is the oak wood, the sour cherries, and fairly evident alcohol. It’s mostly about the barrel. Bunch of tannin, some vanilla, butterscotch, wood, wood and a woody finish. This was decent enough, I give credit to Mueller for making this style. Thanks for sharing Eugene!
