Pours pale golden with a thick white head, pours almost flat. Aroma of light resin, some pine. Taste has a full body of yeast, some malt, grapefruit, citrus, etc. Palate is mildly grassy, has some hop oils, more pine and resin to round it out. Not bad.

Canned 5/10/24, drunk 5/30/24. Very bright, deep bronze-maize. Small, white head, clumps at edges immediately. Sweet, rich honey and bread from the polished malts with clean yeast and fresh, herbal hops. Peppery hops up front immediately brighten the beer and it quickly transitions to rich honey and fresh baguette-like malts. Good depth and attenuation. More herbal and peppery hop reprise on the finish. Very clean. Lovely.

Canned 3/28/24, drunk 4/29/24. Moderately hazy, brass-golden-bronze. Large, white, well-retained head. Lots of tropical fruit mixing with spice and citrus. Complex, bright, with generous acidity (no resin, punch) and supportive malt in the form of honey and cracker-like character. Clean, not boozey. Great stone fruit character with a pinch of pineapple and good minerality. Bright, hoppy, amply bitter. Malty and dry with lingering spice, bits of lemon and lemongrass and substantial bitterness. Definitely not your average New England IPA (or rather, IPA from New England) and pretty surprising how much acidity there still is in this at a month old. That said, the malt is fantastically deep here and balances quite well. Maybe a bit too heavy on the pineapple and lemon rind, but otherwise fantastic stuff.

Canned 4/11, drunk 4/25/24. Moderately cloudy, white-golden. Fluffy, white head, slowly to cover. Really lovely nose is full of rich mineral, sweat, funk and must with a dusting of citrus, no clove or white pepper and importantly, very little bubble gum. Cracker, biscuit, cream of wheat...clean, mild, mellow, but still aromatic. Soft, malty, wheat-slick texture with good attenuation. Moderate bubble gum but it's interwoven with the fruitier, more phenolic (but not clovey) Belgian yeast. This is one of the more Belgian pale ale or saison-leaning wits I've ever had - the yeast doesn't pump out the usual insipid wit character of heavy white pepper, clove and heavy bubble gum. No overdone adjuncts, not sweet or watery.

Canned 4/5/24, drunk 4/24/24. Clear, brassy-golden. Small, white head, quickly to partial cover. delightful, lush, herbaceous hops with a crisp yeast and ample, honey-like malts throughout. Clean and balanced. Very carbonated, but it's not pricly/sharp. Malty, good attenuation. Lots of biscuit and honey. More herbal flavors than actual bitterness from the hops. Moderately crisp finish. Very clean. Maybe a bit of vanilla and harsh bitterness on the very end. A bit of thinning, as well.
