Draught at Rudy's New Haven, 5/19/22. Heavily hazy orange juice with no head. Luscious tropical fruits and big citrus juice with cracker and honey malts. Clean, no booze/twang with even some dank spice. Soft and malty with great attenuation and juicy hops. Dank and spicy notes, good dryness from the malt and light honey and cracker. Another NE that doesn't go all-in on it's new Englandness. There's good bitterness and much less malt sweetness and fruity yeast than typical. But it's soft and very drinkable unlike it's west coast compatriots.

Pint on tap at Mikro. It's an opaque black with cap of light brown head with fair retention and tons of nice lacing. Aroma is mix of earthy and sweet malts. Taste is sweet and earthy malts with some roasted coffee, caramel and chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, flavor is stronger and more complex than aroma. Nice.

Pours slightly hazy, gold, with a fluffy white head. Aroma of grain, grass, some hops. Taste has hop oils, some citrus, the noble hops shine alongside grassy malt. Palate has some acerbic, bitter notes, slightly out of place but it is a dry pilsener. Good.

Pours amber with a bubbly white head. Immediate aroma of somewhat flat malt. Taste has very dry, woody malt with immediate hints of unidentified Central European hops. Palate has lingering oak notes. Good.

Can (11/9/20) pour. Appearance is cloudy dark yellow-light brown with no discernible sparkle, thin cap of off-white foamy head with fair retention and decent leggy lacing. Aroma is mild pine, citrus and fruit. Taste is pine, citrus over malt base. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation (stinging the tip of my tongue) and crisp, dry finish as taste. Overall, toward the end of its freshness period so not as intense as it should be. Otherwise, glad it benefits a good cause but no new ground covered here and over carbonated.
