Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!
We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.
We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.
In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Cask, handpump at The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxfordshire, Wednesday 12th September 2012 Pours golden with a small clean white head. Fruity, tasty beer with an impressive hoppy bite. The hops rip through leaving a slight dryness, they are really punchy, citrussy and tangy, this really is very good. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Cask at Tap East - 06/09/12. Clear light golden with a white head that retains very well and excellent lacing follows. Sweet malt nose backed up with fresh hops and slightly perfumed. Tastes of bitter grapefruit, Seville orange and lends to a slightly sour kick in the bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle at home 6th September 2012. Christ this is a pain to pour, reminds me of de molen beer, once I got through the huge head, I could smell the Belgian yeast and some bitter hops, green not ripe banana. Taste is bitter and yeasty, some banana and exotic fruit. It’s a good beer

33cl Bottle from deeblo, thanks Bruce! Deep dark brown to black colour, light beige head. Aroma is tart, smells infected, paper, berries, hops, liquorice. Flavour is sour/tart, liquorice, berries, roasted bitter finish, just plain off. Too bad. Light bodied, over-carbonated, probably b/c of the infection. Hope to ever re-rate it again.
