Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Bottle shared with Loz, Jan & Charlotte Sun 23rd Oct 2011 at home. Jan brought this beer along, cheers Jan! Pours reddy/amber with a filmy white head. There are some soapy hops and then some grapefruit flavours coming through with a nice pithiness. Nice beer, grapefruit really shows there is some sweetness, god Summer Wine are knocking some decent bottles out lately. A7 A4 T8 P3 Ov13 3.5

Bottle shared with Loz, Jan & Charlotte Sun 23rd Oct 2011 at home. Jan brought this beer along, cheers Jan! A really nice dry and hoppy pale ale. Good hoppy burps going on. Soft in the mouth, tangy & fruity, lovely stuff, really good, not too sweet, nicely bitter I like this a lot. A7 A4 T9 P3 Ov16 3.9

Cask at The Old Fountain, London. Pours brown with red highlights and a foamy, light tan head. Bit of lacto sugar, light cocoa and toast in the aroma. Flavor is lightly sweet with a big milky, chocolatey character. Some toast, a bit of baking cocoa, some roasted malts. Light bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Semi-dry, chalky chocolate finish, light earthy bitterness, subtle leaves, milky bread. Very solid mild.

Cask, gravity at Harbury Beer Festival, Harbury, Warwickshire, 03.09.11 Consumed this alongside the Summer Wine Hercules Black IPA, both great beers, though I slightly preferred the Hercules myself. This poured gold with good clarity, with a slim white rim of bubbles around the edge, touch of grapefruit, nice beer. A7 A5 T7 P4 Ov14 3.8

Cask, gravity at Harbury Beer Festival, Harbury, Warwickshire, 03.09.11 Pours dark brown with a light beige head. Really nice clingy bitterness with this, in fact it’s got a great bitterness leaving a furry coating cross both the tongue & roof of the mouth quite lemony, really good stuff, great beer to start with. Cask, Dean Swift and Port Street Beer House. Great IPA, beats Punk IPA, similar, not such a strong aroma as Punk. Beautiful beer.
