Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Cask, gravity, at the Rake, courtesy of sm89walt, thank you sir! Sold as 7 C’s of Rye, so hopefully I have the right beer. Amber color. Aroma of pineapple > citrus > flowers. Taste is very malty with a bitter finish. Interesting.

Cask at Ealing Beer Festival 2011. A golden coloured pour with a small white head. Hoppy, citrus fruit aroma. Tastes very bitter, quite harsh, citrus fruit. Rather hard work finishing this one.

Cask, The Clarence, New Brighton. Clean golden colour with a nice lingering white head that left a good amount of lacing. Grapefruity/grassy hop nose. Flavour had similarly prominent juicy citrus notes and some very tidy hop bitterness going on. Very drinkable and tasty stuff. Nice one.

Cask, gravity at a pre-Candleford Beer Festival tasting 09.06.11 many thanks to John, Roger & all of the organisers for inviting me over Pours dark gold this is immediately quite bitter in the mouth with a real pithy citrus flavour I tend to get grapefruit in both mouth and also on the nose, real fruity tang. this is very nice if a touch one dimensional. Cask@Ship and Mitre, Liverpool. Pallid golden looks with minimal white head. Citrus hop prevalent in the nose. Bitterness a little wide of the mark somehow and lacking balance overall. Not bad, but not something I’d want to session particularly.
