Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!
We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.
We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.
In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Cask, handpump at The Sportsman, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire 23.04.11 Pours dark reddy brown not as black as I was expecting, creamy off-white head atop. Crisp and full of grapefruit juiciness, tangy fruity and very good, some light chocolate touches. Just a good beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.0

Cask air pressure at Euston Tap. Pale gold slight haze with lasting white head. Slightly sweaty intense hop. Very hoppy finish with some white pepper and decent bitterness. Aroma of sherbert and sweaty hops. Its a decent ipa. Yes it tastes stronger than jaipur or dobber and isnt as good in terms of drinkability. Its a pretty decent slap in the face hop beer but with a definite alcohol edge to it. Decent though if sweaty

Cask air pressure at Euston Tap. Black beer thick lasting dark beige head. Very strong espresso coffee. I mean strong smooth instant coffee actually. Bit like choc cake in the coffee flavour rather than real coffee. Full in the mouth and really good condition. Slips down nicely with a touch of harsh roasted coffee on the finish. Coffee does not quite work.

Cask gravity at Mason & Taylor Hip Hop BF. Very dark brown no head. Some toffee comes through and some hop. Tasty enough but not great condition and the hops are bitter but not particularly flavoursome. After so many good beers a little disappointing but very decent hop on finish if a little oily metal. Ok though

Cask at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, 11.04.11 There is a good coffee nose on this as you might expect, the colour of this is black with a beige head. Roasty and very coffee in the mouth with a distinct hoppiness weaving its way through. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Half pint, cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen. Patchy, tan coloured head to a deep, dark body appearance. Smell of dark fruits and coffee-like malts. Well balanced flavour including dark fruits, leafy hops, dark sweet malts and brown sugar offset by a nice bitter ending. A good one as the last drink in London this time, 22.03.2011.

Almost opaque brown color, steady brown head. Aroma of licorice and hops. Light to medium bodied. Licorice, toasted malts, perhaps some toffee then hops. Aftertaste has lingering hops and coffee. Good one.
