As expressed by our crossroads logo, Keep all lines open and flowing is a mantra for making and serving good beer — a reflection of our commitment to sharing and exploring possibilities.
Cruz Blanca makes beers that open people up to new flavors, new ideas, and new experiences. From endlessly refreshing Mexican lagers and sunny IPAs that transport us to warmer places, to the less-travelled roads of barrel-aged and wild fermentation ales, there’s always a journey in the beer that keeps us curious about what’s next.
We’re all at the same long table, and there’s always room for one more. Let’s keep all lines open and flowing.

Single can from Binny's. Detectable tinge of pink in the pour, and in the foam. Foam kicks up pretty big, over an amber beer with those pink highlights. Nose itself is not too tart. I do pick up some of the flower and tropical fruit here. But rather mild. Basically light, fruity and flowery. Just a tiny but of tartness.

Mix-a-6 can from Binny's. Pours an amber color, just a little hazy, under a big, spongy head. Some decent American Pale Ale hop nose, not a hop bomb, but balanced by a malty nose as well. Taste is solid APA style, mice and malty with a balance of Pacific hops. Maybe not a hop burn by any standard, but a good hoppy beer.
