Description
Welcome to the official page of the Lindemans family which has been brewing lambic since 1822. The family has owned a farm since the dawn of time. It was to occupy (and refresh) the peasants in winter that we began our brewing activity. With time and success, our agricultural activities decreased as our brewery developed.
As Darwin said, functions create organs. Today, we are once again expanding our brewery to share the love of our beers beyond our borders.

The head is pink.......PINK! I just can't get over that. Looks and smells like a wine cooler....I wanted a beer. OK, with that out of the way. The flavor is tart and sweet at the same time, which isn't much to my liking, but it's not bad. Lots of currants in the flavor, at a sour, mouth-puckering finish. It is somewhat similar to Quelque Chose, but much more tart, and not nearly as enjoyable.

Incredible fruity nose which makes you wonder where the vanilla icecream is that goes with it. Neon red - low head. Sweet, sodalike with a sour background - could be more though. All in all refreshing and nice.

Like opening a can of peaches. Sugary sweet and a unmistakable peach flavoring. Hazy orange, initially with heavy carbonation, lace clinging to glas. Creamy mothfeel which goes well with the sweet flavor. It is possible to taste the lambic background, but all in all the drink is much too sweet - your kids will love it though...

Very active beer with a very dense peach aroma. Due to the alcohol percentage the beer is very smooth and drinkable. Overall a great peach tasting soft drink of a beer.

All characteristics of a good gueuze: green apples (nose and taste), sulphur (nose), "horse blanket"(nose), lactic acid (taste) - albeit with one unusual addition: caramelised sugar (both taste and nose - and it''s got the colour of that as well).

Cherryade beer and not as sour as I was expecting. My mind is struggling for any more comments.

Tasted at the Barrelhouse Brewing Company Microbrew Fest on November 9. Pretty raspberry color and a strong raspberry aroma. The flavor is sweet and fruity throughout. I liked this despite it not tasting like most beers. It has kind of a wine-cooler feel to it.
