0.75 bottle @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Amber orange cloudy, quite bright with a medium foam. Nose: vinous, cellar, woody, funk, balsamic with herbal notes. Mouth: rather elegant, vinous fruity, grapefruit tart elegant finish. Lovely work.

750ml bottle @Luppolo Station. Ambrata scarica, velata, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note vinose, di stalla, cantina, frutta bianca, leggero balsamico, floreale, sughero. In bocca è splendidamente equilibrata, attacco leggermente abboccato, sviluppo vinoso, acidità contenuta, finissima, lunga e persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Elegantissima e bilanciata.

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustaf Malmö, 2018, 7%. Svårhanterat, gyllengul disig vätska med massor av skum som nästan exploderar ur tappkranen. Fin funkig och brett doft med stall, hästfilt och friskt syrliga äpplen i doften. Mycket karaktär, citrus, dammiga böcker, läder, strå, druvor, bra kropp snäll syra, drickvänlig. Mycket gott

Orange murky color, small white head. smells peppery, earthy, spices, funky, oak. full body, light carbonation. tastes oak, vanilla, earthy, light sweetness, flowery, spices, stone fruits, bit peppery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, oak and vanilla notes. Very nice one, super smooth, great balance, super smooth to drink

Nice stuff, a tad heavy but overall quite good, like a fortified wine
