Huge thanks Barba for sharing this with Tomáš M, Taška and me! Hazy golden body. Bretty aroma, orange, touches of oak. Lean, dry, sweetish bretty taste, fruity, vague touch of paint, lightly sour but mainly creamy. A very, very nice wild beer that works on its own! Fantastic to be able to try it too!

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, almost four years aged. Almost clear, red colored. AROMA- nicely sour cherry, red wine, plums, sour, lightly funky. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour and tart, the same as aroma. Fuller to full bodied. Perfectly aged. This is why I like beer...

Extreme gusher! Ruby body, with a medium, slightly pink head. Aroma with lots of raspberry, some cherry, slight straw. Tastes similar, more on the sour side. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonaton. Finishes medium acidic, quite dry, fruity. Not very complex and more on the sour side, but lovely nonetheless, with loads of fruit notes. The cherries are quite subtle, very raspberry-forward. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
