Dark brown color. Lots of molasses, dark chocolate, burnt raisins, fudge, alcohol so well hidden smooth. With oak. Slightly sweet. Amazing smooth beer. Fairly hoppy, with whisky, dark chocolate and dark fruit in the finish. Amazing. Amazing.

Pours black with a light tan head.Nose shows dry roasted malt, cocoa and oatmeal.Very roasty flavours, quite dry. More oatmeal but no really coffee or chocolate, just dry roast. Turns out quite moreish though.Lovely creamy carbonation and body.

Pours pale amber with a large white head.Nose shows honey, floral and grassy hops, cereal grains. Quite vibrant.Very similar flavours with more sweet honeya and cerali-like malt before some floral hops enter followed by an assertive bitterness.Carbonation seems a bit full on.

Pours amber with a slowly fading head.Nose shows lychee, peach and nectarine, very fresh and hoppy. Some sweet clean malt too mixing in with spicy and floral hops./Less fruit as a flavour, more focussed on spicy, floral, resinous and piny hops. The same sweet malt it there to back things up.Nice moderately high carbonation.

Bottle. Almost black with a small tan head. Aroma of mocha, Indian sweetmeats - fudge, cardamom, anise, vanilla - licorice. Medium bodied, a little oaty silkiness. A little light on the roasted flavours and not really rich, but pleasantly earthy.

Bottle. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, kumquat, pine, light biscuit. Sweet with tropical fruit - passionfruit, some pineapple - that wasn’t obvious from the aroma, caramel, a little biscuit, oily citrus and pine. Bitterness on the high side of moderate in a finish where a fair bit of sweetness remains. Pretty good.

(On tap) Clear amber with slight white head. Amazing fruity aroma with citrus and pine. Medium body with smooth carbonation. Flavour has light slightly sweet biscuity malt with tangy citrus. The hops gradually assert themselves - they are not brutal, rather they elegantly assert themselves. A nice take on an APA.
