Can from High Point, Vancouver
Blond colour, summer wheat, very light haze; not much head retention. Nice aroma, piney and zesty. Lean and strong, light residual sugar, it seems just the right amount; noticeable malt base, it's bready, gently toasted, honey, crackers; and the hopping is excellent, it's bitter, piney, and a bit zesty, for a long and balanced final.
Excellent, modern West Coast DIPA.

Pale amber, with a bit of chill haze. The aroma comes across mostly oniony. On the palate, it's brighter. Still some allium, but at least a bit of citrus in here as well. The malts are a bit sticky, underattenuated.

Dark brown. Thin head. Some butter right up front. A bit of toast, and it’s thin. Okay this isn’t working.

Reddish-brown, medium head, light smoke character, malts are quite thin. This undermines the smoke, which prefers rich and sweet base beer.

Hazy, pale, just a thin head. A bit of pia on the nose but on the palate it’s much bigger. Fairly tart, with lots of both pineapple and coconut. 3 7 7 4 15

Dark blonde, just a thin head. Low bitterness and it’s quite thin. Not that much hop character.

Dull pale brown, slight haze. Sort of a caramel aroma. Sweet caramel up front, a bit of toasty, crackery stuff in the finish. Way too sweet, really. British doesn't equal underattenuated. So kind of going in the right direction but I wouldn't say getting there.
