On tap at Postdoc, pours a hazy dark amber brown with a small beige head. Nose brings out toasted bready malt and the slightest hint of dry toffee. Flavour is along the same lines - balanced between more sweet toffee and bready malt. Fairly restrained but pleasant. Decent.

On tap at Postdoc, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out some earthy notes, a touch of spicy rye and Belgian yeast. Flavour is very earthy but also very muted - there's not a whole lot to this. Lightly earthy and floral finish. Needs some work.

On tap at Postdoc, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose is light, with Belgian yeast and light candied sugar. Flavour is restrained but pleasant, with notes of Belgian yeast and candied sugar. A little on the sweet side and the whole flavour kind of dies off towards the end. Not bad.

On cask at Washington Brewers Cask Festival, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Nose brings out English malt and light hops. Flavour is very malty, with English malt and a touch of sweetness. Well-balanced, though skewed towards the malt. Okay.

Draft pour at Special Brews. Pours a cloudy orange color with a quick fading head. Big wet hop aroma. Flavor is more the same. A ton of hop flavor with a long cool finish. A little boozy, but somewhat expected. Good beer here.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Nose brings out notes of resinous hops, tropical fruits, and a touch of acetone. Flavour is intensely sweet, with a touch of acetone, along with cloyingly sweet sugar, some nice fruitiness and buried resinous hops. Another jumbled mess of a triple IPA. Smells good, but the flavour is way off.

Draft - Lots of pine and some skunk. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Sweet and lots of tropical fruit. Little bitter and a little booze, but not bad.

Draft pour at the 192 lake trail taproom. Pours a dark amber color with a patchy head. Ton of lacing. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Flavor is really dry, especially in the finish. Sweet malty flavor. A little chalky. Flavor has a toast side to it as well. Tastes even stronger than it actually is. Overall not bad.

Draft pour at the hop and hound. Pours a dark red with a sweet, slightly spicy as well aroma. Flavor is overall really sweet. Nice malt flavor with a hint of roasted flavor as well. Kind of a sugary sweetness to it. Flavor lingers, but it’s a good flavor so no worries there. Good beer overall. Enjoyable.

Growler filled at the brewery. Really enjoying the beers from these guys so far. Pours black with a quick fading tan head. Really mild aroma. Close to absent, which was a suprise to me. Flavor is good, with a nice chocolate malt flavor. Really light and easy drinking porter with an almost smokey finish. Very well done. Been looking for a solid session like porter, and this one is great.
