Brouepub original sur la rue Merry (maintenant Resto-Pub).
Les installations de brassage ont ensuite été déménagés dans un local du 2125 R. Tanguay rue Tanguay à Magog (Fabrique à Bière).
La production a ensuite été déménagé chez ALFRED BROUE-PUB à Orford et donné en partie à contrat au COLLECTIF BRASSICOLE ENSEMBLE

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light candy sugar, light curacao, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy coriander, Brett and grapeskin, nice and complex. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2018.

A murky hazed dark amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with candy sugar, peated notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with candy sugar, whiskey peated notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2018.

Can: Poured a clear pale golden color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of crisp cereal notes with nice floral leafy dry hops notes. Taste is a highly drinkable mix of cereal, light residual sugar notes with some floral leafy hops notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice pils with just the right amount of Saaz. We need six packs of small cans of this beer now.
