Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a small off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of deep caramelized malt notes with some rum barrel notes and some vanilla notes. Taste is also a mix of deep caramelized malt with some woody rum barrel notes and vanilla notes. Body is full with good carbonation with some alcohol warming notes. Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of deep rich chocolate notes with some Cognac barrel woody notes. Taste is also a mix of deep rich chocolate notes with Cognac woody notes with a semi-dry finish and notes of vanilla. Body is above average with oily texture and good carbonation with some discernible alcohol notes. Solid BA stout with great level of complexity.

A hazed milky orange DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops and grapefruit, light funk, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Can thanks to my RCAF buddy: Poured a bright yellow with a white colored head. Aroma is graham cracker, fruity, strawberries, rhubarb, and vanilla. Taste is like drinking a dessert pie, graham cracker crust, loads of fruit, strawberry, rhubarb, vanilla, creamy.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is intense, with lots of rich tart cherries, brandy barrels, and molasses. Flavour is very rich, with intense tart cherries, molasses, brandy barrels, and a hint of vanilla. Quite sour, which doesn't meld with the imperial stout character all that well. I've never loved sour stouts, but I guess if I think of this as a dark sour, it's not bad. Not my thing.
