In May 2016, the sudden news broke that The Celt Experience would be ceasing production but would keep the brand going. In June 2016, Evan Evans stepped in to pick up the brand. Celt branded beers are now brewed at the Evan Evans Llandeilo brewery.
This listing therefore includes beers currently brewed at Evan Evans and also at the original Celt experience brewery located in Caerphilly.

Old rating from Aug 2014 - A gift from a mate in Wales, Pours amber with a thin white head. Aromas & tastes of lemon, caramel & malt. Light body. Light bitter finish

Old rating from May 2015 - Pours a near black with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of berries, caramel, toffee, earth & malt. High level of carbonation for a so called mild. Bitter finish. Enjoyable

Old rating from April 2015 as 'Celt Experience Bleddyn' - 500ml bottle. Pours amber with golden head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, citrus, pine, grapefruit & sweet malt. Medium body. Dry bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Old rating from 2014 - Pint from the cask, pours dark brown with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of red berries, earth, hay, flora, caramel, grass & sweet malt. Medium body. Earthy medium bitter finish

Bottle. Copper colored with a nice head. Aroma is a tad weak with mostly malt. Taste is surprisingly bitter. Needs more balance.

Metallic and quite nutty with some bitter UK hops upfront. Quite nutty finish, lingers...... Medium bitterness, would be a great session ale. I agree with the bottle description that this is a brown ale, not a golden.

Clear amber pour, big frothy bieige head. caramel, bread, nuts, resin, And sme thick malts. This is quite malt forward with a hoppy pungent finish. A big uk hop profile in the finish with a medium bitter finish, a nice session ale.

Lots of minerals, biscuity malts, next to no hops. Malts get sweeter as it goes down, cloying honey notes. Very uninspiring and incredibly boring. Mediocre.
