On tap at spacecraft in Sudbury Ontario. Hazy red pour, with a large pinkish head. Aroma is a handful of freshly picked raspberries. Straight up. Mouth feel is soft and creamy, with a perfect carb. Finish is lightly bitter, semi sweet, the Brett notes of soft and add a round stone fruit edge to the hand full of fresh raspberries I'm drinking. Excellent stuff.

Herbal notes, lots of grass, and what i’m thinking is mint, and some light earthy thyme. Low bitterness, malty, light caramels, earhty herbs in the end. Some grasses poke though, hints of yeast. Interesting beer.

Pours, a slightly pinkish hued yellow, with a medium off white head. Aroma is citrusy, and lemony, with hints of raspberry puree. Its all quite subtle, but still distinct and easy to pick out the different flavours. Light on the bitterness, raspberry really comes through in the end with hints of semi sweet wit, and light corriander.

Lots of nice solid funky brett notes. The tropical fruit makes an appearance, hitns of citrus and stone fruit too. All in all very fruity, but not over the top and smashing you in the face with it. Mouth feel and carb are solid, and exactly what you’d expect. The finish has very low bitterenss, its juicy, and semi sweet.
The brett is quite tart at the end with some hints of mango.

Basically a slightly more hop forward Saison. Still have the yeasty, peppery saison aromas and flavours, but there is a noticeably more up front hop presence. Its not crazy in your face, but there is a strong than usual citrus kick. Mouth feel and carb are standard for the style. Finish is medium bitter, with a nice yeasty, hoppy twang.

On tap at the source. Poured a slight hazy yellow, with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, with a obvious lemon note. Lemon oil, and zest follow with a strong, but yet subtle ginger note. I loved how the ginger was present but didnt punch you in the face like the vast majority of ginger beers do. It was subtle, but mingled well with the lemongrass, and made for a very pleasant, and crushable quaff.
