A hazed murky yellow ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, interesting mix of lemon, lactic acid, clover, with catty floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. A hazed blonde saison with a thick off white head. In aroma, superb catty lemony hops, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit fruity malt, catty citrusy hops, tropical fruit, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2014.

Draught: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a nice large foamy head. Aroma of Sauvignon with light funky notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also dominated by light funky notes with clear notes of Sauvignon with a dry floral finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. The hops profile could have been exploited a bit more but still a very enjoyable beer.

A hazed blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with light pink grapefruit pulp, catnip, resinous nelson Sauvin hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tropical fruits, pink grapefruit, floral resinous hops with catty wild character, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2015.

En fût au brouepub. Couleur noire opaque, mince mousse moka laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de malt torréfié, café, touche d’alcool. Goût de malt torréfié, café, chocolat. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Pours a deep amber colour with a beige head, decent retention and a little lace. Malty nose with good grain, hints of farm aromas (fresh, in a good way) and light hops. The taste present mild sweetness, but nicely blended with the grassy hops and biscuit notes. The mouthfeel has a nice dry finish. A very nicely balanced Irish red brew with the caramel malts, roasted notes and hops.

Enjoyed at the Gainsbourg brewpub. Pours a slight hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a white head, average retention and mild lacing. Hoppy fresh grass nose with Belgian Ale yeast and some grain. The flavour starts off hoppy with some coriander and a grainy finish. Quite a refreshing mouthfeel. Not quite a witbier, as too filtered and the hop is a little too present for one. Still, a nice refreshing grassy brew.
