Can: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some minimal lacing. Aroma of sour and tart notes with light lactic acid notes. Taste is a mix of tart and sour notes with some lactic acid notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Simple straight forward sour with limited amount of complexity.

Can: Poured a deep copper color ale with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart flavours with some herbal hoppy aroma. Taste is a unique mix between some tart notes offset by some herbal hoppy notes with light funky notes also perceptible. Body is full with medium carbonation. Interesting combination of tart and bitter notes with light funky notes making for a unique experience.

Can - Light strawberry. Hazy orange with a small white head. Light strawberry and some sourness. More like a cooler, although not sweet, very simple.

Knievel IPA 6.5% Big orange copper color with a solid film of off-white head. Nice fruity citrus aroma but with enough maltiness to let you know it’s there. The taste starts with the hops, crackly dry citrus then a biscuity character in the mid to finish as well as some pine. Really nice.

Tap at the brewpub. Gary carter apa 5.3-% A clear gold with an earthy herbal hop nose, clean taste and mid-level hopping. Alright but I chose to get a pint of the Knievel IPA as I found this a bit rough.
