A golden kolsch with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with light banana esters, light solvent, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice crisp grainy biscuit malt with light fruity esters, German hops, light mineral notes, very nice and refreshing... Reminded me of my early craft beer experiences. On tap at brewery.

A murky golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Belgian yeast, grassy British hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity Belgian ale with a nice banana malt, light cloves, grassy hops, very nice and smooth. On tap at Oktoberfest des Québecois 2015.
