The commercial description is pretty dead on. A mild nose of cereal and honey. A white head that dissipates too quickly. The body looks like ginger ale, with the carbonation. This brewery can work on its carbonation, that’s for sure. This is a nice drink at 3.9%. Honey, cereal, lemon and a touch of pepper. The body is quite rich for a light table beer. Not bad.

A big disappointment from a brewery which has produced a few interesting ISs. The nose features roasted coffee, chocolate fudge and cola. The head is ridiculously overdone, filling 80% of the glass. It unfortunately does not dissipate. The taste features some nice coffee elements up front, but it thins out pretty quickly. Some chocolate, tobacco, caramel malt and cola add to the taste. The body is too thin and the lack of richness and extension are a disappointment. You cannot produce a beer that over foams to this extent and expect people to buy it.

A beer that is more than a bit confused. This is closer to a thin Belgian ale than an American IPA. There are some very mild citrus hops, sourness, grapes and grain. Not offensive, but way out of category and pretty bland

An overly explosive tan head over a near black body. The nose features fresh ground coffee, a touch of fruit and some toffee sweetness. It’s a tasty beer with sold balances. Slightly burnt toffee, coffee, semi-sweet chocolate, berries, butter and apricots are well blended with the sweetness well under control. Very nice, accept for the over exuberance out of the bottle.

A big bubbly cola-like light tan head over a near black body. The nose features fresh ground dark roast coffee with some chocolate and spice. The dark roast coffee leads the taste profile with a heavy accent on macadamia nuts. Dark berries, citrus hops, caramel, and cocao blend with the coffee. A relatively thin body and texture for an imperial, but a tasty offering nonetheless

A sweet, complex and tasty Wit! An ample white head on a light blonde body. The nose is fresh with acidic fruit, green apples and light bready malt. Spices are front and centre, including nutmeg, coriander and cloves. Green apples, banana, green grapes and sweet malt round out the taste profile. Medium to heavy carbonation keeps the sweetness from becoming overpowering. Well crafted.

Cloudy orange pour, with a small white head. Musty cereals, oxidized malts, light citrus, and not much else. Mouth feel is thin, carb is low. Finish is low to medium bitter with a wet cardboard, oxidized fruity malt finish.

Hazy orange, medium white head. Very boozy, sweet malts, mango and stone fruit, with a borderline cloyingness. Big mouth feel, soft carb, medium bitterness. Overall too boozy, and too sweet, Hops are turned to syrup.
