Bottle thanks to Tony. Pours copper sith medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is bourbon, vanilla, caramel, oak, candi sugar. Slick body, vanilla, caramel, wood, bourbon, dry finish, very good.

Sample at St Albert farmer's market. Clear medium gold with a small white head. Nose is light caramel, citrus and some floral notes. Flavour is a light sweet caramel under a moderate citrus bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering lightly bitter finish. 7+/3/7/3/14

355ml can. Pours a clear copper with a small, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild, sweet aroma of bready malt, caramel, roast and a hint of coffee. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, roast, light coffee, floral and earth with a hoppy, bitter orange rind finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Pretty solid.

355ml can. Pours a clear red-amber with a medium, frothy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Semi-sweet aroma of bready malt, caramel, grapefruit, rye and earth. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, spicy rye, pepper, grapefruit rind, pine resin and earth with a dry, bitter, grassy hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Decent.

hazy amber golden color. Very funky nose of brett, lactos, plums and oak. Love the nose. The mouthfeel is a bit heavier than expected and a bit lifeless. Finishes oaky, brett and some plums. Starts fantastic but then just goes average

On tap. (5.0% ABV) Pours a clear gold with a medium, frothy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of biscuity pale malt and grass. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt and light lemon with a dry, mildly bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Clean and easy drinking.

Can: Poured a pale golden color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of residual sugar notes with light dry ester is OK. Taste is a mix of residual sugar notes with some dry ester and some light rustic malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Lacking some attenuation and complexity but still enjoyable.

355ml can. (5.5% ABV) Pours a clear red-brown with a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, nuts, caramel, bread and dark chocolate. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, nuts, caramel and dark chocolate with a dry, mildly bitter finish. Light to medium body with a creamy, smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty. These guys are off to a good start.
