On tap at Honey Moon, pours a crystal clear pale copper. Aroma brings out fresh strawberries and moderate sweetness. Flavour brings out pungent fresh strawberries along with moderate acidity and light tartness. Probably my favourite of the Honey Moon fruit meads. Good stuff.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a crystal clear pale yellow. Nose is full of Christmas spices and light honey. Flavour is similar, with a good mix of Christmas spices and medium honey sweetness. Not too burning on the palate nor rough. Good stuff.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a crystal clear copper orange. Aroma of fresh blueberry pie with decent sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with sweet blueberry pie, not much honey. A little rough, but still solid. Decent.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a crystal clear pale yellow. Aroma reveals subtle tangy rhubarb along with medium honey sweetness. Flavour is quite harsh and acidic, with notes of alcohol and acidic rhubarb. Not smooth nor cohesive. This one needs work.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a crystal clear pale yellow. Aroma brings out light-to-medium intensity treacle toffee honey. Flavour is fairly strong, with honey, light slices and alcohol. Well-constructed and drinkable despite the booziness. Good stuff.

Bottle at the meadery
Purple color. Sour aroma, a bit of acetone. Moderately sweet, with mild fruity/berry flavor, and traces of acetone and feety yeast.
A bit flawed.
