Draught at the meadery
Orange color with a red hue, hazy. Very nice strawberry aroma. Medium sweet, with nice strawberry juice flavor, and warming alcohol.
It portrays the fruity in a good way.

Draught at the meadery
Pale blond color, hazy. Fennel aroma, deep. Semi-sweet mouthfeel; delicate fennel seed flavor, hence a bit soapy.
Original idea, I actually quite like it.

Draft @ Kulshan. A fruit cyser, I guess for lack of a better description. Light green-yellow. Mostly appley nose. Has a little sweetness and fruity complexity. Dry finish.

Draught at the winery
Very pale blond color. Light aroma, some apple vinegar. Fairly dry mouthfeel, quite weak too; it doesn’t have distinctive notes of wine nor mead, but it has some final feeling of white wine, warming.
Not very interesting.

Draught at the winery
Hazy blond color. Very nice aroma, spices, flowers, citrus fruits, orange flowers sweaty hops, fresh Fuggles. Medium body, with a pleasant sparkling feeling; delicate honey flavor, with nice spicy tones, delicate bitterness, light acidity, balanced final.
New, original, different, very interesting.

Draught at the winery
Dark ruby color. It has a very nice and deep aroma of berry juice, more than just raspberries (blueberries and cherries). Semi-sweet flavor, with moderate acidity (unfortunately some acetone here too), and delicate nice berry juice flavor. The final is balanced between sweetness and acidity.
Some minor flaws, but pleasant.

Bottle at the winery
Pale blond color. Aroma of cinnamon bun. Medium sweet mouthfeel, with low honey characteristics, mainly the cinnamon flavor goes through, and this one too has some degree of acidity.
It doesn’t take much to make a cinnamon drink…

Draught at the winery
Pale pinkish color. Light aroma of honey and fruits, a bit sour and vinous. Light bodied, with a vinous flavor, just traces of honey, light sweetness, and quite sharp acidity, a bit vinegary.
Refreshing summer mead.

Bottle at the winery
Blond color. Deep aroma of polyfloral honey, with light glue, soapy flowers. Fairly sweet flavor, with light notes of honey, but covered by too much acidity, acetone; the final is a bit fruity; there is really not much orange in here (or was that the honey variety?). Not a bad base mead, but the acetone spoils it a bit.
