Draft - Rich honey and Woody notes. Clear yellow gold. Rich and earthy honey notes, just like it should be.

Tap room - Lots of spied apple. Clear gold. Apple pie, through and through. Again, would never guess a mead.

Draft - Fruity and apple sweetness. Clear. Very fruity with apple and a dry finish. Honey is very unusual.

Tap room - Fresh jammy strawberry. Clear gold. Strawberry, light sweet and tartness with a very weird finish. Still can’t get the mead from this.

Tap room - Cooked and baked apple with spice. Almost clear. Spice apple and nice sweetness. Just like apple pie, can’t believe this is a mead.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear dark red. Nose brings out a good mix of dry musty red grapes and honey. Flavour is awkward, with red grapes, sweetness from the honey, and musty notes. Haven't had the base red wine, but this is a bizarre blend. Intriguing but not so great.

On tap at Honey Moon served with an orange wedge, pours a crystal clear pale yellow. Aroma brings out spices, dry apples and light honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with spices (cinnamon especially), along with dry apples and light honey. Fairly delicate mead. Decent stuff, though a little harsh on the finish.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a crystal clear pale yellow. Aroma smells like a dry white wine with a touch of honey. Flavour is more indicative of a white wine, with dry white wine notes and again, a touch of honey sweetness. A very nice blend. Solid pyment.
