Draught at the winery
Pale blond color. Simple aroma of polyfloral honey. Semi-sweet mouthfeel, with some polyfloral honey flavor, and some acidity, unfortunately this one too has traces of acetone. The final is lingering between acidity and sweetness, quite pleasant
Some minor flaw, but not bad.

Draught at the winery
Hazy pale blond color. It has a light aroma of cider. A good structure for a cider, with not much cider or mead flavor, just light sparkling feeling, moderate acidity, and very low sweetness. The final presents light vinegary notes.
Simple.

Draught at the winery
Pale blond color. Nice cider aroma, but light. The mouthfeel is extremely dry and weak, with almost no flavor, just some lemony acidity, and an even weaker and drier final.
Not impressive.

Straw colour. No carbo. Almost flowery note in the nose along with cilantro, mint and spices. Nice honey finish. Complex, rich, clovey dessert mead. This place has to be WA’s best kept secret.

Blood red. Still. Big woody, fruity nose. This is no mainstream melomel. Fat, tangy berry taste up front but this dries out in an instant...woody, seedy and very acidic. Full complex...put it in a barn and you’ve got lambic. Nice stuff.

Golden, clear, still. Alcohol and wood aroma with abundant honey. Sweet, complex wood taste, with alcoholic dryness and light peachy fruitiness. Finishes with brown sugar decadence not unlike what you’d find with an ice cider.

Draught, Honey Moon

Pale yellow. Full apple nose. Spritzy, which overwhelms it a bit. But fresh apple taste is crisp, clean and refreshing. Love the lack of sulphur. Nice...

Light straw colour. The aroma is mainly alcohol and wood. Fairly sweet flavour at the start with a tangerine accent. The middle is bone dry alcohol but the finish returns to a rich, deeply honeyish sweetness accented by tangerines.
