On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear golden blonde with no head. Aroma brings out intense honey sweetness with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is really complex, with loads of honey, lots of booze and just enough wild yeast to make this unique. Really nice stuff. Really digging this.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear blonde with no head. Aroma brings out some wooden barrels and medium honey sweetness. Flavour brings out a nice blend of bourbon, vanilla and high sweetness from the honey. Nicely blended, though quite sweet and boozy. Very good.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear pinkish amber with no head. Aroma is intense on the raspberries along with medium honey sweetness. Flavour is highly sweet, with loads of honey sweetness and intense raspberry sweetness. Rather sweet and quite acidic. It's nice but could use some refining.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear peachy pink with no head. Aroma brings out sweet cranberries and apples buried in there. Flavour is along the same lines, with prominent cranberry notes and sweet apples. Very well-constructed, without any cloying sweetness. Nice stuff.

Bottle - Nice warm floral honey. Clear gold. Loght sourness up front, honey notes and a little dry and puckering tart finish. Very neat, like it a lot.
