Fairly clean, golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, decent stay and some foamy-bubbly lacing left. Some malty aromas with an apple touch, yeast and mild grassiness. Some haze comes out at last pour with tiny particles all-around. Again, light matly-cereals in the taste, apples with mineral notes and more hoppiness in the finish. This creates a nice, 4.5% ABV Golden Ale with a little more hoppy character.

Part of Nita's Spring Mixed Pack 2025. Pours a clean (gets a little hazy at last pour), golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and lots of foamy-soapy lacing. The aromas remind me of a German Pilsener with fresh herbal hops over mild sweet maltiness. The flavours shows the same with a nice grassy, bittering touch in the finish, that even lingers. Quite a nice, hoppy German Pilsener-style beer that goes down well.

Part of their Nita Spring Mixed Pack 2025. Pours a fairly clean, deeper amber colour with a creamyish, warm beige-white head that lasts quite a while and leaves thick, foamy-creamy lacing. Big malty, cereal nose with a touch of darker malts, hay and hints of herbal hops. On the flat side, like ESB should be. A little milder in the taste with the cereal notes, but with a tad more hoppiness in the finish. Getting an apples touch all-around. Quite a good refreshing ESB with the North American lightly stronger hops.

Older 473ml can found in my cellar, pouring a clean, light golden-yellow colour with heavy-lively carbonation, a white cap lasting a while and thick foamy-soapy lacing left. Some nice, still-fresh spices (coriander and more) in the nose with Witbier yeast and the orange peel. The mouthfeel is crisp with a touch of soda water. The taste shows a decent blend of the coriander, yeast and orange peel notes. Gets hazy as it pours and some of the sweetness-fruitiness comes out more at that point. Quite a nicely brewed Witbier that I would have again.

Hazy yellow, large white head. Aroma is subdued. It's pale cereals, with a touch of citrus. Mouth feel is standard, carb is soft. Finish is musty hops, medium bitter, light citrus finish. Very underwhelming

Slightly hazy copper pour, small off white head. Aroma is quite herbal, with some light pine. Good mouthfeel, and carb. Finish is again very herbal, slightly flowery, with some honey, and caramel malts. The hops are sharp, herbal, a little spicy with some pine. Odd, was surprised to see this listed as an ipa.

500ml bottle rom the brewery. Crystal clear pour, with a huge white head. A nice fresh wheat aroma, grassy, and soft pine hops. Mouth feel is a tad watery, but the carb is there. Finish is clean, and crisp, with really nice wheat hoppy balance. This isn’t a regular hefe. It’s at least a kristalweizen, or a hopefenkristalweisse.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Whoa! This smells like a cross between a coconut cream pie, and a bottle of Banana boat suntan lotion. This is all coconut, I can’t even decipher anything in the flavour or finish other than coconut. It’s not terrible, but whoa!

500ml bottle from the brewery. Hazy amber pour, big beige head. Grassy Aroma, subtle pine, a lot of slightly caramel malts, and subtle nuttiness. Flavour is sharp, and there is a strong grape juice finish with a medium bitterness.
