Draught at the brewery
Brown color with creamy beige head, a bit less than the usual nitro head. Light aroma of dark malts. Dry mouthfeel; mild flavor of chocolatey, dark, dusty malts, could fit the bill for some dry Mild Ale; very light fruity esters in the final add a bit of freshness. Correct bitterness.
Nice beer.

Hazy light amber color, bright, with small compact head. The ginger is evident, both aroma and flavor, candied ginger, not spicy; the mouthfeel is dry, there is a good malt trace, biscuity, and no clear evidence of honey.
Gracefully brewed, although it’s not my kind of beer.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, light resin, and light caramel malt to back. Flavour is a diacetyl bomb, with buttery infected notes, piney notes, and buttery malt. Clearly infected - let's hope they clean this up. This shouldn't be sold.

Draft - Little briny and some fruity notes. Pale gold with a decent white head. Fruity and a little skunk and brine. Not my favorite.

Draft - Raisin and a bit of dried fruit. Cloudy copper with a rich beige head. Dried prune, light prune and malts. Not bad, but maybe a bit to light. I like my milds bold.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light smoke and dry light cocoa. Flavour is lightly smoky, with toasted malt, dry cocoa, and a crisp astringency on the finish. Well-designed porter with just the right amount of smoky bite. Good stuff.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal hops, and some soapy detergent-like notes - something wrong here. Flavour doesn't reveal as many of the off-notes thankfully, with soapy floral hops and a dry biscuity malt content. Finishes slightly astringent. Not very convincing - needs work, but it's not bad.
