750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweetness and a touch of funk. Flavour is fairly dry, with dry apples, medium funk and dry bready notes. Not overly complex, but quite dry and funky. Decent cider.

1 pint 9 fl oz bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Pours a sparkling yellow golden colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of tart apple, charred woody oak, vanilla, bourbon, some rubber notes. Flavour is sweet apple, fruity & juicy, along with oak, woody, vanilla, some caramel, melon, white grape, light tannin and dry sourness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Very drinkable.

750ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Golden colour with lots of suspended sediment, short-lived white foam head and nose of apple, hay, slight barnyard notes. Flavour is tart apple, fruity, melon, vanilla, woody, bittersweet with drying tannins. Crisp mouthfeel, sourish, light bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Quite OK.

750ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Deep orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and nose of fruity apple with juicy, caramel, vanilla notes. Juicy apple flavour up front, sweetish, then apple skins, green apples, rubber, earthy, hay, wood, some tartness and drying tannins. Light to medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours tiny hazy golden with no head worth mentioning. Smell is fruity with ripe smashed apples, hay, dry soil, minerals, kumquats, lemon peal and hitns of paper. Taste is sour and fruity. mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with mixed smashed apples, hay, minerals, kumqauts, lemon peal and hints of paper. Less papery, less heavy dry and more fruit than Lapinette but still only decent. Needs lots more fruit from the apples and less paper without getting sweet and less refreshing.

Taste is sour and fruity. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with tart apples, hay, dry soil, minerals, paper and lemon peal. Decent cider but a bit too dry, bit too papery and very lacking in fruitiness except tart apples.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with a lot of sediment and a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a slightly acidic apple note with a decent amount of sweetness and a hint of funk. Flavor has a nice sweet apple with an acidic bite and a touch of earthiness.

Bottle. Pours a clear bright yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates completely and has visible carbonation. Aroma is extremely funky with an egg and musty leaf notes as well as an earthy apple backbone. Flavor has earthy apple with a slight dryness and a strong leafy funk.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of dry apple with a touch of tartness supporting. Flavor is full of dry and tart apple with a light earthiness underlying.
