IPA 6.8% a cloudy light copper makes it seem more wheat ale than IPA at first glance. Wonderful lacing that clings to the glass as you finish off your beer. It has a great hop bouquet - pine bark, pine needles, resin, juicy fruits very tasty. It is medium bodied with a soft round carbonation and a palate cleansing/tongue scraping bitter finish. The taste isn’t as complex as the aroma but it is a solid hoppy pine with a decent surporting maltiness. A solid IPA, they just need to work on their clarity.

Griffintown Montrealaise. Clear gold, filmy head make for a good looking blonde ale. Grainy, lightly suit with a touch of biscuit makes for a pretty standard blonde. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. The taste is earth, light malts, a bit metallic with a dry chalky bitter finish.

Ghosttown 6.6% an absinthe stout! A deep brown, almost black with ruby highlights and a filmy tan head. A roasty, nutty, cocoa browny-like aroma which is followed by aniseed absinthe notes - nice. Fairly full bodied and velvety smooth. The taste is complex: black patent malts, black licorice, soft cocoa, lime, absinthe, coffee... each sip reveals something different. Freakily good.

Chihuahua Mexicaine served with a slice of lime. A fairly clear gold with a thin filmy head. 3.5% light grains and lime zest not a bad aroma. Light bodied but smooth, the taste is earthy, light malts and lime. Tons of lime, looks like beer tastes like earthy lemonade. Yum. A good table beer for summer.

Bottle - Caramel and dark grains. Cloudy brown with a decent beige head. Bitter hops and caramel. Bitterness is a bit too much.
