Great ruby pour. Very light sweet bready malt aroma, and a touch of brown sugar. The flavour is very nice! Some caramel, brown sugar and more great bready malts. Super sessionable beer!

cloudy beige pour. Aroma of grass, chai tea, and some slight lemon. Flavor is ALL chai, i’m really enjoying this. There is the chai flavor with a slight bitter/dry finish. A very interesting beer.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with an orange hue, a fizzy white cap leaving rather quickly, and not leaving much, except a tiny rim. Lime aromas with some nice saltiness, but decent sourness. Wet mouthfeel with just a tad dryness. Again, in the flavours a nice balance of sour, citrus and saltiness. Quite a refreshing lime Gose.

Got this mixed pack for Canada Day 2024. Clean, amber colour with a creamy-frothy light-beige head, good stay and wet lacing. Biscuit malt aromas with cereal notes, and hints of soapy-floral scents. Even getting a tad maple in there, from time to time. Malty flavours with a touch of nuttiness, fruitiness and again - maple. Maybe this is the blend of caramel malts. Thankfully, not syrupy, not really thick and a touch drying. Easy-drinking, refreshing, nutty-fruity and quite malty red ale.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some floral hops undertones and light grainy notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with some light bitter notes that are also noticeable. Body is light with good carbonation. Hops are not as prevalent as I was expecting them to be and lacking the juicy factor.

Getreide in Nase und Trunk, leichtes Malz, dezente Süße. Erinnert an ein typisches Helles, ordentlich gebraut, aber auch nicht mehr als guter Durchschnitt.

Tap @ random cafe in Quebec. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits and hops. Nice bitter caramel finish.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt notes with some dry hoppy notes that are also noticeable. Taste is a mix of pale rustic malt notes with light yeasty notes and a dry hoppy finish. Body is slightly below average with good carbonation. Quaffable saison with limited level of complexity.
