Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of caramelized malt with nice toffee notes and some hoppy notes. Taste is also a nice mix between some caramelized malt with notes of toffee with a sweet rich malt base with a surprisingly hoppy finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well brewed with an interesting hoppy finish which is not usual for the style.

Bottle : Poured a deep black color stout with a quite large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light lactose notes with dry roasted malt and herbal hops. Taste is a weird mix between some roasted malt with notes of herbal hops and light residual sugar notes as well. Body is about average with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Not bad but hops presence doesn’t really balance with the rest of the taste.

Bottle: Poured a deep hazy amber color ale with a very large foamy head with nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some very good lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with nice dry floral hoppy notes. Taste is also a well balanced mix between some nice fruity notes with dry floral notes and light citrus notes. Body is quite full with limited filtration and great carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed and something I would like to have more regular access to.

Aroma is potpourri and Christmas spices, clovy-stuff and other things that make me think of my Grandmother’s house during December. Pours with a nice dark barley wine body and no head to speak of. Flavour is clove and fruit notes mixed with beer. Sweet finish. It’s unique but not exceptional.

Has a smell of heavy candied barley syrup, maybe some maple syrup in there as well if you inhale really deeply. Pours with little head and a soft amber body. Flavour is a thick and muddy taste of wood, sugar, and maple syrup. The finish is cloying and sweet. As a barley wine it’s okay; but its flavour comes off as a bit messy.

Bottle: Poured a dark yellow color liquid with no carbonation. Aroma of sweet grain with alcohol notes very discernible. Taste is heavier on alcohol then I would have expected with some grain notes and loads of honey notes. Body is full with no carbonation. Different and an interesting experience though too much alcohol is discernible. Not something I would have regularly though interesting to taste.
