(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Fat, malty aroma with some caramel. Quite a full and rich body with sweet caramel, roasted malt and some overripe fruit. Subdued bitterness. A lovely, juicy Bock - but sorely underrated. 040107

50 cL bottle. Pours amber, almost clear with some light brown and quickly disappearing head. Clearly carbonated. Aroma is hop and fruit, some yeast. Malty caramel taste with yeast elements (Svaneke taste). Soft taste given by the caramelly malt and fruity hops. Reminds a bit about Tuborg Classic Gylden but has the distinct Svaneke taste to it.

Bottled. A bit unclear, pale golden, almost yellow, with a nice white head. Quite weak, grainy and sweet aroma with some alcohol and sourness. The flavor is piny and bitter with some malty sweetness. Thin to medium body and a bitter finish. Boring. (061019)

Bottled. Clear, copper-colored with a dense, beige head. Weak aroma with citrusy hops and some caramel. The flavor is sweet, with caramel and some hops. Medium body and a nice carbonation-level. Some bitterness in the finish. A disappointing beer. (061013)

Milky yellow, big white head. Minerallic yeasty banana aroma. Banana and apple on rye notes, Minerallic esges, light dusty finish. Needs a tad more body, lacks chewzness and the typical lasting aftertaste.
