Muddy golden color. The wax malt aroma… Poor taste, watery, with a too high bitterness (too long infusion?).

2002-07-23, 8-4-6-3-13=34
Gold-amber colour. Very original aroma: hop, pepparkaka (Swedish cookies), spices (between the cinnamon and the cloves), fudge, hazelnuts. Ordinary taste, dryish, some malt and caramel, yeast. Ordinary palate, bitter but not aromatic. Too much homebrew style.

Chestnut brown, slightly hazy. Rich nutty, roasty aroma with hints of coffee. Malty, fruity and butterscotchy. A full bodied, complex and really flavourful beer.
