(Bottle 33 cl) Deep amber colour with a small, off-white head. Slightly hazy. Good full body, light notes of smoked malt and some caramel. Pretty distinct bitter hops. Quite fruity - almost aleish. 020902

(Bottle 33 cl) Very pretty, dark amber with a small, discreet head. Slightly hazy. Very malty, but not really sweet - on the contrary this has a slightly sour edge. Low carbonation. Unusual but quite nice. 050802

(Bottle 50 cl) Vintage 2001 at 6,2% ABV. Very pretty, deep amber - close to mahogany actually. Fine but collapsing head. Very carbonated - too carbonated. Lovely malty body, dry with a hint of acidity. A bit more body and sweetness would be greatly appreciated. 311201 (Bottle 50 cl) Vintage 2003 at 5,8% ABV. 6/3/6/3/12=3 250604

(Bottle 50 cl) Brought to me from the brewpub by my dear colleague Anne.
Pretty, reddish amber with a fine head. Dry and rather light-bodied beer with a fresh, hoppy nose. Hops also add a certain freshness. Weak acidic notes. Only a light, bitter finish. A beer with personality and character. 111201

Bottle. Aroma has a very slight hint of green apple. Brown colour, small head. Flavour has a little of the same appleness that aroma does. Also malty, acidic, peppery. OK creamy mouthfeel. 5 3 7 3 13
Draught at KØ12. Sweet flavour to begin with, turning drier. Gets a little roasted. There is a little fat yeast flavour even though it is bottom fermented. Spicy brown sugar notes as well. 6 3 6 3 13

Bottled. Very dark red. Aroma of rubber and roasty malt. Sweet and lightly yeasty with rounded mouthfeel. The hop rate is fairly low, which leaves the finish wide open for a minor touch of lactic acid to dominate.

Bottle. Reddish colour, big stable head. Malty aroma. Malty flavour with some butteriness and a slightly hint of refreshing citrusy acidity.
