Bottled. An amber beer with a medium and fast disappearing beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, straw, barnyard, brewmash, and a burnt note, as if the wort has been burnt - very artisinal. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, but also some citrus, herbs, and barnyard, leading to a lightly bitter and nutty end. The mouthfeel is very smooth, and the alcohol leaves a slight burn on the tongue. Too artisanal in my opinion, yet still drinkable.

Unclear yellow with off white head. Malty sweet aroma - fruity. Moderate hoppy taste & end with a fruity malty taste overall. Ok taste - not bad - but not very good either!

Bottled. It appeares to be without sediments and hazyness, it’s almost golden in color, and it is topped by a small, off-white dense head. Hay and grass dominates the aroma, but there’s a sour note as well. Hay, grass and fruityness in the flavor, and a medium to thin mouthfeel. Wheatbeer? It’s refreshing, but not too beer-ish. (Bottle 50 cl) Hazy orangey brown - basically no head and very low in carbonation. Sweetish, caramelish nose. Fairly full body with very sweetish notes of caramel and roasted malt. No bitterness. Pleasant all right but poor craftmanship. 060307

Bottled. It pours slightly unclear, golden-colored, topped by a decent but diminishing white head. The aroma indicates it might be a bit off, and is yeasty and fruity, mostly bitter oranges. Bitter and flowery flavor. Medium body. A decent beer, but a bit strange. (070216)

Bottled. A hazy very dark brown beer with a thick brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and caramel as well as a lightly spicy note. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of hard roasted malt, but also lighter notes of tobacco, licorice, and cloves, leading to a dry bitter end that also has hints of smoke.
