Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Gravity dispense at Windsor Locale festival - 22/07/12. Black in colour with a small to medium beige head. Slightly burnt roasted malt nose, coffee & choclate. Tasted as nose but not really picking up the burnt. Also caramel/toffee and a little licquorice. Good higher end medium body but not anywhere near chewy and a great roasted finish. One of the best UK cask porters I’ve had in recent times.

Cask Gravity at The Hope ’Living is Easy’ Beer Fest. It pours murky brown, with a thin off-white head. The nose is oak, vanilla, syrupy caramel, chocolate (akin to Millionaires shortbread) and sweet fruit. The taste is oak, leather, leaf, rather dry, touch of bitter chocolate, bourbon, and more oak. Medium body and soft carbonation. An interesting beer indeed.

Full body and flavoursome. A well crafted porter.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 13/04/2012. Deep amber with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish, citrus hop and fruity malt aroma. Flavour had some more sweet malts, marmalade and a hoppy, bitter finish. Excellent.
