Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at Pigs Ear ’13, 03/12/13. Extremely dark mahogony brown with thin light tan bubbleage. Nose is sweet, brown sugars, touch of coffee, earthy cocoa, plummy notes, fleshy fruits. Taste comprises fleshy fruits, cocoa powder, dark toffee fudge, fruity tang. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry light roasted finale with a chocolate tickle. Decent.

Draft at the Kernel Brewery on 26 October (should be brought out of retirement on RB, methinks). Poured a hazy dark amber colour with a large, tight off white head. Aroma of red ale hop bitterness, caramel and grass. Initial flavours of hay, pine and figs. Finish was hop resin, spruce and sweeter, chewy malt to balance. Nice!

Cask at the London Craft Beer Festival 2013. Pours brown with a fine, beige head. Pretty rich, true coffee character in this one. A bit of bitter coffee astringency, some cocoa, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately bitter dry and roasty coffee to finish. OK.
