Botrlw at home shared with Sarah. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, brown sugars, bruised grape, oak, vanilla, light tang, hint of balsamic. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody bark, vanilla. Oak. Tannin, oak. Vanilla. Caramelised apple. Brown sugars. Bark. Caramel, apple. Bruised apple. Lovely.

330ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Golden amber colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, orchard floor, earthy, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, with orchardy funk, leather, horseblanket hint, some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a white head that fades. Lively carbonation. Aroma of minerals, rhubarb, straw and a brett-like yeast. Flavour of lemon, cooking apple and funky yeast with a very dry finish. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. I wanted to love this but I think my cider palette just isnโt developed enough to fully appreciate it.

330ml bottle from RAD Beer. Orangey amber colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, orchardy funk, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, fruit, funky, leathery, caramel & orange citric notes, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.

Can from Wine Reserve, Cobham. Aroma is dry with a sweet edge. Cloudy-opaque amber. Thin fizzy translucent white head. Dry. Sour edge. Peel. Tannins. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice enough but doesn'tparticularly do it for me. No info on thw can but definitely a dry cider.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy apple, toffee apple, grassy, bark, super juicy for the low abv. loose wheat. Palate is semi sweet, juicy , flaked, bitty. moderate carbonation. ok.

Flavour is composed of mouldy wood, spores, super musty, green fruit, Palate is semi sweet, tannin, oaky, fine carbonation. Did not hold up well.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 28/04/24. Clear golden with a white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is tarte apple, wood must, herb, green berry funk, hay bale, funk. Taste comprises sharp apples, apple core, funk, green apple, herb, hedgerow, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid work.
