Bottle at home picked up from HOTM i think. A very clear pale golden coloured pour with a fading short lived loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, golden pears, apple, white sugars, light woody notes, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy pear, light woody tannin, green apple, to tangy finish. Fresh and vibrant. Palate is semi sweet and tangy, mellow carbonation.

330ml bottle from Hereford Cider Museum. Shared with Finn on the train to Portsmouth/Southsea. Loose white head over an amber body, fragile lacing. Apple skins on the nose, mid-dry. Tart and sweet apple flavours, woody and lightly spiced. Drying close. Just okay (18.10.2022).

Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Pale almost translucent yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is modest pear, tannins, grains, herb, hedgerow, light metallic nip. Taste comprises funky pear, light acidic tickle, tannins, orchard wood, pear core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent perry.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a fine halo of white head. Aroma is big whiskey TCP, medicial, woody barrel, burnt apple, salty, big raw wood. bark, alinity. Palate is semi sweet, woody tannin, mellow carbonation, Flavour is composed of dry woody, raw oak, dry apple, bark, pinch of sugar, salt, medicinal. Interesting stuff, maybe a little harsh.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A mostly clear petrol golde coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, white pear, juicy, floral note, elderflower. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, semi sweet, sharp pear, quince, bark light pithy. Palate is medium sweet and tart, fizzy fruit, moderate carbonation. Really nice.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A mosylu clear brushed gold yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is nice sweet, floral apple, juicy, floury wheat, super juicy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fresh apple, juicy, floral notes, crisp, pithy finish. Palate is semi sweet, pithy, mineral, highish carbonation. Nice stuff.

Aroma is semi sweet juicy apple, light bark, some brown sugars, condensed fruit, syrup. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy breight apple, hint of plum, brown sugars, raisin, light tannin, bark. Palate is semi sweet, tart edge, almost still, . Really nice authentic cider, good depth.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody pear, light vanilla, some oxidised funk, vinous notes, light mouldy wood, rum spice. Palate is semi sweet, light tannin, light oxidisation, moderate carbonation.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A mostly clear deep orange coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is nice big funky apple, woody bark, some horsey funk, some mineral. Flavour is composed of sharp pithy apple, mineral, lemon rind, woody tannin, bark, drying mineral in the finish, mellow funk. Palate is semi sharp, tannin, highish carbonation to drying finish. Nice punchy cider.
