Nose is mellow pear drop, herb, straw, vinous twang, light pissoi.
Taste comprises bitter sweet pear, light acidic bimble, hay bale, modest funk, tannins.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close.

Nose is ripe pear, tannins, orchard wood, modest funk.
Taste comprises pear skins, tarte orchard fruit, vinous, tangy pear, light farm yard nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Tidy Perry.

On tap at Taphouse CPH, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is dry and musty, with pear skins, fermented out honey, and a hint of sugars. Flavour is dry, with lots of musty dry pear skins, hay, and gentle acidity. Musty, dry, and tannic. Good stuff.

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Sweet pears, gentle skins on the nose. Flavour has slightly tart skins, juicy pears. Clean, nicely done.

A clear golden yellow colour, white lacing. Aroma of sweet apples, mild sulfur. Taste of sour dry apples, sulfur, dry tart finish.
