0.3 l tap. Pours cloudy red with a small creamy head. Dried fruits, cranberries, some pine honey, dark cherries, cola nut, nutmeg, acetic. Malty sweetness, slightly sour, dry bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, dry bittersweet and slightly sour finish. Rather complex Saison which gets better with every sip, but too malty for a Saison imo.

Bottle bought at the brewery and drink in Taormina, 2nd June 19. Pours clear orange. Aroma is citrus. Taste is clean, aromatic, some bitterness, strong malt back bone. Not bad.

Bottle from the brewery, and enjoyed in Taormina, 3rd June 19. Pours a light tan colour. Aroma is yeast, light ginger, citrus. Taste is clean, quite light for the ABV, citrus, Ginger is present. Not normally a fan of the style, but I liked this one.

Bottle in Taormina, looking over Etna, 3rd June 19. Pours a hazy orange, aroma is funk. Taste is typical saison, farmyard, yeast and citrus. Quite nice

Hmm this is a tricky one, tried at the brewery, lovely hoppy and floral. In the bottle it tasted like the Belgian Blond, almost like a mislabel, anyway the Tap version was really good.

Bottle shared on Level 42, 05/02/2018. Many thanks! A hazy orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is earthy, nutty malts, airy tangerine, dusty grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangerien, spicy citrus, orange rind, dusty carboantion, light grains, wheat. Palate si dusty, highish carbonation, light tangy, dusty.
