Founded on July 1st 2016, Brouwerij De Feniks is all about Living your Passion (in our case : brewing the great beers we love and helping others do to the same) and keep doing what you love no matter what. As you only live once, you will find out at some point that it pays off on emotional/satisfaction and many other levels to follow your passion. Under adversity, if you stumble and fall, or even crash and burn, remember that you can Always rise from your ashes like the mythical Feniks bird as long as you keep believing and continue to live that passion... And if you do, have a great beer on us !

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2017. Sehr dunkel braune Farbe. Geruch nach Schokolade, kräftig malzig, Lakritze. Geschmack nach Lakritze, kräftig malzig, Schokolade.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2017. Klare goldene Farbe. Geruch ist mild hopfig, grasig, Heu. Geschmack ist trocken zitronig hopfig, grasig, Citrusfrüchte.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2017. Fast klare orange braune Farbe. Geruch nach reifen roten Früchten, Zimt, Lakritze. Geschmack ist würzig karamellig malzig, Medizin, Zimt, Lakritze.

At Zythos 2017. Pours clear golden. Aroma is candy, malt, some flowers. Body is medium, rather sweet, some bitterness, lively carbonation. Short but sweet palate. Okay.

At Zythos 2017. Pours clear golden. Aroma is sweaty socks, floral. Body is light, with some sweetness dominated by bitterness, lively carbonation. Herbal. Short palate. Okay.

At Zythos 2017. Pours almost black. Aroma is malty nuts and caramel, not inspiring. Body is medium, sweet, sugar, candy, low but lively carbonation. Palate is slightly sweet but rather short. Okay, nothing special.

At Zythos 2017. Pours black. Aroma is some coffee, caramel, banana. Body is medium, sweet, crisply carbonated, stycky, esters. Palate lingers on banana. Not a beauty.
