Description
The history of BrewBaker began back in 2005 - with a small, fine restaurant with its own brewery at Bellevue S-Bahn station. After a few intermediate stops, we set up shop with BGM Berliner Getränkeemanufaktur GmbH in Sickingenstrasse in Moabit from 2013 to May 2019. BGM and Brewbaker have been going separate ways since June 2019. With immediate effect, living beers UG will take over the marketing of Brewbaker. A new production facility is being planned.

Stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Angenehme Rauchigkeit, die gut zu dem erkennbaren Alkohol passt. Würzig, deutlich hefig, die Rauchigkeit bleibt würzig-stark. Wow! 9/13/11/11/11/13

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Listed as Braubacker Berliner Weisse. Clear light yellow with off-white ring. Aromas of sweet corn, skunk, grain. Tastes of malt, corn, slight skunk, grain, light tartness. Light body with a dry finish. The worst berliner weisse I’ve ever had. Tastes like it was mixed with macro lager.
