Pâle sur un col léger crémeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant de lambic, vieux cellier, funk, petite note rappelant les noyaux d'abricot et de pêche.
Palais est sec, funk, petite douceur un peu résiduelle - rappelant la cane à sucre, fruité vert - pomme, noix et un retrait un peu abricot, poussiéreux. Acidité correcte mais qui revient en puissance en fin de bouche.

Roodbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en kruidig met iets van zoethout, wat abrikoos en wat citrus.

Donkergeel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is vrij bitter en kruidig met iets van graan een beetje gras en bitter fruit en tevens een licht spicy toevoeging.

Bottle. 2022 edition according to the label. (Don't know if there are more editions or not) Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, subtle tartness, subtle funky. Taste: Funky, moderate to over moderate tartness, fruity gooseberry notes, malty moderate sweetness. Oak wood notes, some tannins. Hint of hay and spices. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Although only 1/3 Lambic is used, the tflavors of Lambic are fully present. Special Blond part makes it somewhat sweeter. Nice blend.

Bottle at home. Deep ruby with short lasting fizzy pink head. Tons of cherries up front with light spice and almonds, but not a massive cinnamon bomb like some Schaarbeekse cherry beers. Lactic and even a bit citrus sour, oak, light herbal and leafy and a bit of red currants. Quite sour, lighter sweet. Medium bodied. A bit sharp and not super complex but overall pretty decent.

2022 Very good, dense, yellowish head over well-carbonated deep golden beer. Putteke ! Mud, silt, sulphur, putty, bit leafy. Sweet, sugared lemons, (the acids are there, in the back, smothered). Bit woody, again some sulphur. Quite slick - young lambic - good carbonation. Better bodied than most lambics. Lots of sweet to mask the lambic acidity - alternative for a stoemper ? There's better mixed top/spontaneous than this one, not to mention full lambic. Txs to Stef!

Appearance: Cloudy ochre yellow with a moderatw off-white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Dried apples and pears, pale malt, some funk, distant esters, grass. Taste: Medium dry. Same profile. Light ending hop bitterness. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Not bad.
