Can from the lcbo.. Copper pour, small white head. Pale malts, biscuity, lightly grassy. Light bitterness, solid cereals, light hopping. Decent, but I'd classify this as a English pale ale.

On Tap at the 2017 Northern Ontario Beerfest. Clear yellow pour, medium white head. Aroma is grassy, light cereals....and hmmm, not much else. Jesus this is bland. Nice mouth feel, good carb. Finish is grassy, the slightest hint of citrus. This is boring.

Tap at the North bay beer expo. Clear golden pour, frothy medium white head. Aroma has nice notes of pine, and spruce with a nice floral herbal bouquet. Mouth feel and carb are what you would expect. Finish is very crisp, and clean, and slightly dry. A medium bitterness and some more nice pine in the end.

An amber ale with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, treacle, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, treacle, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Cheshire Cat.

Clean amber colour with a frothy warm off-white cap, good retention and some light foamy patches. Cereal grain malt aromas with some nuttiness, fruitiness and sweetness. The taste shows the malt, some sweetness again, but a little toned down with the hops showing in the finish. A decent vienna lager. Just a tad too rich for me.

Love the smell of this one from the get-go. Beautiful spicy hops with maybe a little of that cilantro hint I love in some of these hops. Clean, light golden colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and some creamy-foamy lacing. Somewhat crisp mouthfeel with some nice wetness and a tad dry finish. The taste is not as crazy, but does the job for the style. Thankfully the wheat is not as strong. A decent pils.

Slightly hazy amber colour with golden highlights. The head is big, frothy, almost creamy, long lasting leaving some nice even lacing. Big caramel nose to the point that I think is diacetyl is present with its butterness, and some yeast. Yep, diacetyl in the taste, but luckily hops do come in to help a little. Watery mouthfeel. Again, thankfully some hops gives a little dryness in the finish. Really not a fan of this one.

Hazy light beige-yellow colour with a fizzy off-white head that bubbles away quickly, leaving not much but the brew. Aromas are quite unpleasant - wet socks inside a cardboard pizza box, with just hints of pineapple in the background, not saving it. The taste is luckily better. Still has this greener hop that seems to not blend well, but the pineapple is better suited here. Mild sourness and even lighter tart in the finish. Not one I would drink again.
