Bottle 750ml. corked.Clear medium yellow colour with a large o huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, moderate to heavy, leather - brett, funky, white wine - grape. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, funky, leather, citrus, grape. Very complex and very nice ;-) Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120914]

Bottle 750ml. corked @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, wood, moderate yeasty, grape, white wine, cask wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, wood, grape, citrus, hoppy, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Lovely ;-) [20120818]

Breiter, deutlich brettiger Beginn, hefig. Die Hopfennoten scheinen die Brettnoten noch zu stärken, das Bier erscheint so schon fast unangenehm intensiv. Starke Bitterkeit, viel zu starke Karbonisierung. Sehr trockenes Finish, mit leichten Karamellnoten. Sicherlich ein gewöhnungsbedürftiges Bier. 10/8/8/10/12/8

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy pale amber. Intense aroma of oaked chardonnay, butter and cobwebs. Mid dry with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Citric lemon yoghurt, spicy hay, funk and dry, well wooded white wine. Slight woody tanninic bitterness. Intense and lovely.

Bottle from a trade with cbkschubert. Pours pale golden color with white head. Aromas of citrus, brett, corriander and oak. Big brett flavor with citrus, corriander. Light to medium body with lively carbonation and a dry finish. Thanks Craig.

75cl bottle [batch #1] thanks to Dutchdrebus @ ZZT V. Hazy yellow color, small white to off-white head. Smell sourish, some fruits. Taste sourish, slightly mint, lightly yeasty and something else I can’t quite put my finger on. Medium body and carbo.

Batch 1 @ ZZT V. Slightly hazy yellow, small lacing head. Smells sour, slightly dusty, malts. Tastes malty, not sour actually, round, some hay. Soft carbo (almost flat), medium body. Nice soft and balanced beer.

Pours pale gold into a snifter. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing to coat surface. Funk and oak aromas. Sweet spicy yeast upfront turning to dough, resin and grapefruit before the lasting brett finish.

750 ml. Clear, pale yellow body. Frothy, white head, slowly diminishing. Brett dominates the aroma along with overripe citrus and pineapple. Some funk and band aid. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Tart fruit flavor is band aid and plastic notes. Somewhat flabby body. Summer refresher with funk. Still, by the second glass, I was tired of it.

Bottle. Pours a very light gold with a lot of haze and a massive foamy head. Aromas are thick with tropical fruit, coriander and a little funk. Flavor is light and fairly refreshing with an odd mixture of galaxy hops, light spices and Brett funk. I was thinking this could be a total mess, but it hangs together very nicely.
