On tap at the Funk Factory Party. Pours a near clear amber orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of tart cherry and tropical fruit with a bit of funk and light grain underlying. Flavor has more funk with earthy tart cherry and a light grain backbone.

750ml c/o Ben S. Kind of acrid brutal aroma. The taste however, is pretty nice. Straight up boozy barrel tones. Smooth maple tones. I’ve always enjoyed Spikes, so this is an interesting variation that I enjoy as well. Certainly a little hot, leaves some heat in the finish. An interesting beer for sure.

GTMW 2015.Very sour, sharp and tart, with a quick finish, light wheat sweetness left on the palate, which is the part that reminds you it is a Berliner. Light pink color. Good beer.

GTMW 2015. Cloudy orange color. surprisingly tall head. Brett in the aroma, some fruit. Flavor is very sour, berry flavor comes through here as well. There must be more than brett, because something is making this sour. I enjoyed it.

Bottle. Milk, barley malt, and herbal hay aroma. Medium yellow with medium head. Sweet light lemon, creamy barley malt, and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. A nice solid Pilsner - made better by supporting a great cause.
