Bottle at Konttori, Tampere. Dark brown color, small beige head. Toasted, a bit chocolaty aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is also toasted malty and chocolaty but it has some ashy notes too. Decent strong porter.

12oz bottle. Hazy tan body, unfiltered. Thin white head rims the glass. Bitingly sour, no tease there. Hints of peach, apricot, apple, lemon, lime in the lacto sour. Pretty simplistic, not much malt character, somewhat soda watery behind the big sour tones. Not fantastic, but this is one I’d revisit. OK.

ChrisO Tasting. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, low carbonation. Tangy dry dark malts, mildly sour chocolate streak. Touch of coffee and dark fruits. Light dry finish. Coffee linger. So so from O’so.

Bottle split at Chriso pre Xmas tasting, 06/12/15. Golden orange with a decent egg shell white covering. Nose is faint plastic, apricot, orange pith, toasted malt, straw. Taste comprises tangerine, sweet licks, orange pith, light bread dough, trace of spice, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Ok but a little pedestrian for the style.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-Christmas Tasting. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, floral, green, grassy, herbal, lemon verbena and lime. The taste is crisp, bitter, spicy, grassy, floral, herbal, dirt, green hops, green tea and mild acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty novel and enjoyable.

Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre-Christmas / post-Pigs Ear holiday tasting of 2015 - London. Cheers! Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy whitehead. The aroma holds citrus tangerine, light plastic and pale bread. Light to medium sweet flavor with light flinty minerals, spicy pine needles, peach. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Further minerals in the finish, mild pine, citrus. Not bad.
